Submitting EOI or Expression of Interest to New Brunswick Provincial Nominee

This is where my NBPNP started.

I only blog when I feel like expressing myself and want everything to pause. Today is one of those days so here I am. This blog would be all about my journey to New Brunswick. I will try my best to share every detail of my journey so you, yes you who are reading right now would hopefully find this blog useful.

Today is the 9th of July. Earlier I went to SM City Cebu and went straight to DHL courier to send my full application to New Brunswick. I feel a little confident that all my papers are correct and accurate, and I have faith in my God that he planted this burning desire and dream to migrate to Canada and be a blessing to everyone I know. Enough of my drama, let’s go to the details of how I obtain an ITA from NBPNP and how I did my requirements.

Last May 2, 2018. I was browsing the internet to look for a job when I came across the New Brunswick website. I go through their Provincial nominee page and I was ecstatic to see that my NOC which is 2282 is included on the list of NOC’s that they would accept for EOI. I immediately filled out the EOI, attached my resume, and made sure that the subject on my email is correct. After sending the EOI, immediately received a confirmation email. I even sent my EOI twice but in my second e-mail I no longer got a reply.

The EOI for New Brunswick looks like this;

You will need to fill out all the sections with your corresponding scores. Then at the end of the page, you will see the total score you get. I think the minimum score is 70, but this may change depending on the needs of NBPNP.

Do not forget to fill out the section where it asked for *Why are you a good candidate for NB; Give a clear explanation as to why you should receive an ITA. Highlight your qualifications, achievements, and positive attitude. You may use a new Sheet of paper for this, or you can convert this pdf to word then edit the box to make it larger, the better. I won’t go through that tutorial for now because there’s a lot of it in google.

After filling out the form, attach it together with your most updated resume. On the subject line I put in there the venue of the information session where I attended to, the date, and my job description and NOC (e.g. Radisson Blu Cebu NBPNP Information Session, August 23rd, 2017; Technical Support 2282) then send it to entree.express.entry@gnb.ca.

That’s all I did. Then after a few minutes or seconds, I received this email.

That’s all I did for the EOI or Expression of Interest. On my next blog, I will show you how I gather and filled complied with the checklist after I got my ITA or Invitation to apply from NBPNP or New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program – Skilled Worker. Leave me a comment if you have any questions or clarifications, and I will try my best to response as soon as I can. Thanks!
